Meet Us

All the doctors at El Paso Pediatric Associates are Board Certified Pediatricians. We have 24 hour nurses and doctors on call. We open every day of the year, including weekends and holidays. All the doctors have admitting privileges at Sierra Providence Health Network Hospitals (excluding Sierra Providence East), Las Palmas Medical Center and Del Sol Medical Center.

Dr. Kahn has been with El Paso Pediatric Associates since 1971. He completed his medical school at University of Texas Southwestern in 1966, pediatric residency at Duke Hospital then Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, TX in 1969. He was a pediatrician at USAF Medical Center Scott A.F.B. from 1969 to 1971.

Dr. Alpard has been with El Paso Pediatric Associates since 1974. He completed his medical school training at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX in 1968, and pediatric residency and chief residency at UTMB in 1972. He was Chief of Pediatric Gastroenterology at William Beaumont Army Medical Center between 1972 and 1974.

Dr. Segapeli has been with El Paso Pediatric Associates since 1987. He completed his medical school at University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1981 and pediatric residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in 1984. Between 1984 and 1987, he was a Pediatrician with the US Army.

Dr. Rodriguez has been with El Paso Pediatric Associates since 1991. She completed her medical school at University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 1987 and pediatric residency at Baylor College of Medicine in 1991.

Dr. Brower has been with El Paso Pediatric Associates since 1996. She completed her medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX in 1985, pediatric and chief residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX in 1989. She then was on faculty at Texas Tech School of Medicine in El Paso and University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas.

Dr. Coleman has been with El Paso Pediatric Associates since 1998. He completed his medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 1994 and pediatric residency at Baylor College of Medicine then Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 1997.

Dr. Craig has been with El Paso Pediatric Associates since 2005. He completed his medical school at University of Texas Southwestern in 2002 and pediatric residency at Scott & White Memorial Hospital/Texas A & M in 2005.

Dr. Kronfol has been with El Paso Pediatric Associates since 2006. She completed her medical school training at the American University of Beirut in 1997, and pediatric residency training at Baylor College of Medicine in 2000. She came to El Paso after working at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston in the emergency department and serving as the fellowship director for pediatric hospitalists.
